So happy to have found this company to work with. We are quite satisfied with their work. The roof and siding make it look like a new house. Jim, Pedro, Oscar and Crew were very responsive and did a great job. From the bid process thru completion of new roof. The bid was fair, I asked many questions and Jim responded. Jim suggested the Class 4 hail resistant shingles and I went with them. The crew got here early and was done by 4:30. They were polite, very hard working, did a great job and left a very clean work site. I would highly recommend this roofer. Richard White of Jim White Contracting was knowledgeable, respectful and professional as would be expected during his thorough inspection of my home's exterior after a recent hail storm. I was quickly put at ease with his honestly and integrity as he offered to work with me and my insurance company to remedy the damages. When I discovered my home is not as fully insured as I thought and therefore reluctantly decided against moving forward with repairs, Richard continued to be gracious, understanding and professional about my situation. He offered to talk with my insurance company again to see if he could be of further help knowing that I wouldn't be contracting with JWC at this time. It was apparent that he really was looking out for me and my best interest. How refreshing to have, (albeit for a short period of time), worked with a man and company with such good character and integrity. We asked Jim White Contracting to fix a section of our roof and they responded immediately and came over to our house the same day. Even though the job was not a large job, they scheduled the work for the following week when they received the shingles to match the shingles on the roof. They even installed a couple of vents to ensure that section of the roof had proper ventilation. Excellent work performed by a great company.		 Roofing Phillip S
