Most people decide to wait until the summer heat has arrived before fixing their air conditioner.  Why wait when you can get FREE estimates from multiple qualified HVAC contractors?  This is something that is hard for me to understand.  Is it because people are just too busy and do not want to deal with it? So we recently did a survey to find out the answers.  We found that every 80% of homeowners would not fix their air conditioner the second it broke unless it was covered by warranty.  The other 20% would fix it whether it was under warranty or not.  Makes you wonder why people would want to live in a house when the temperature in some places gets to be over 100 degree?  All I know is if my air conditioner ever breaks I will have somebody at my house to fix it immediately.
